Can I get a full refund?

Flexible Bookings: Cancellations made within the allowed period will qualify for a refund (less any admin/processing fees). Standard Bookings: Refund amounts vary depending on how far in advance you cancel. The closer to check-in, the lower the refund. Non-Refundable Bookings: These cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
