About Us, Pricing & Payments

Opulentia Holiday Letting manages short-term, self-catering holiday accommodation in Ballito and surrounding areas. All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR/R) and may change according to unit, season, dates, guest numbers, cleaning fees, estate/platform charges and availability. A booking is only confirmed once payment is received and written confirmation is issued

Booking Terms, Check-In & Service Delivery

Guests must provide accurate booking details, ID/passport information where required, and any details needed for estate/security access. All guests must follow house rules, estate rules, body corporate rules and access procedures. Our service is delivered when confirmed guests receive access/check-in instructions for the booked accommodation, subject to payment and compliance.

Cancellation, Refunds & Returns

Cancellations and refunds depend on the selected rate, booking platform, season, notice period and confirmed booking terms. Peak season, promotional or non-refundable bookings may have stricter rules. No-shows, early departures, unpaid bookings or guest rule breaches may not qualify for refunds. We provide accommodation services, so physical returns do not apply unless a separate item is sold.

Privacy, Damages & Governing Law

Guest information may be collected and used for bookings, payments, communication, estate access, security, owner reporting and legal compliance. Information may be shared only where needed with owners, estates, service providers, platforms or authorities. Guests are liable for damages, fines, missing items or excessive cleaning. These terms are governed by South African law.
